Please make sure your address is correct before ordering. In the event of an undeliverable (“return to sender”) package, you will be required to pay for a new shipping label before we can ship it back out. To make changes to your address, please contact us within ONE HOUR of placing your order.

Your order will ship within 2-4 business days from Ontario, Canada. We offer $13 CAD tracked shipping across Canada. We also offer FREE tracked shipping on Canadian orders over $120 CAD. At this time, we do not offer untracked shipping due to the unpredictability of Canada Post.

If your order does not arrive within 21 days (since day of shipment), please email tldrtheshop@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shipping is at your expense.
